You are able to apply for a refund if you disatisfied with our service for a particular reason. We're always looking to make our service better, so please provide reasoning for disatisfaction when requesting a refund so we can work to improve upon it. We do offer our clients the ability to get the work revised numerous times until satisfied, but a monetary refund is also an option is client satisfaction cannot be reached.
All work is delivered via email in zip/rar format. All PSD files are included so you can make modifications and alterations to the banner ad designs as you wish. We are one of the few banner ad creation services that do this.
We're constantly adjusting the pricing structure to optimize for our clients' needs, so we reserve the right ot change our pricing at any point without any notice. All payments are processed via PayPal for all goods and services provided by ElegantBanners.com
We reserve the right to decline any orders made and give a full refund without reason.
All creatives developed by our team at ElegantBanners.com remain our property until any final payments have been collected. This does not apply usually as payments are taken before work proceeds. Once the project is completed, all rights are transferred to the client when the final Photoshop (PSD) files are sent to the client.
If clients intend to use photos or other imagery in their banner ads, they must provide them with sufficient rights to use them commercially. Our designers are not liable for any copyright infringements on content provided by the client.
